A Winter's Walk

Yesterday, my folks were in town for an appointment, and so they stopped over afterwards to spend some time with me and give the kids their Christmas gifts before heading back home. We had a few hours to kill before the kids got home and so I drug them out for a quick visit to Hitchcock Nature Center over in Crescent, IA. It was brisk, but gorgeous. No matter what season, I love the beauty of that place.
