Spring is Here!

It's official: Spring is here! There's nothing like Spring to bridge the gap between Winter doldrums and Summer heat. Next to Fall, it's my favorite time of the year. Spring brings a sense of renewal and awakens the earth to the beauty of a new year.

For a naturaphile (I just made that up) like myself, it's the perfect time of the year to take in Mother Nature. The weather isn't too hot, it isn't too cold, and the mosquitos won't be trying to bite until Summer. It's also the most beautiful time of the year (again, next to Fall) when the flowers are in bloom, the leaves reappear to the trees, and everything is a lovely shade of green. 

Be prepared for many hiking days complete with beautiful photos and a conversation, and if it's a lovely day where you are...get outside.
